First time joining a group workout. And honestly, choosing Pola Raga was the best decision! Everyone’s super friendly—from the coach to the people there—so i never felt out of place. They actually have beginner-friendly classes (which helped a lot, cause i was kinda nervous lol). Oh! And the bathroom? Super clean and comfy. Totally recommend 👌🏻

I booked a yoga class for three people, myself and two friends, through the website. However, only one of us received a booking confirmation. I reached out to Customer Service via WhatsApp to clarify, and unexpectedly, they informed me that the class had been cancelled, even though it's still being shown as available on the website. Instead of offering a proper resolution, they said the refund would be issued in the form of app balance or a voucher, and that I would have to rebook the class myself, they couldn’t assist with rescheduling. Without further discussion, they issued a refund via a voucher that could only be redeemed once, meaning I couldn't rebook for all three of us. Since then, Customer Service has stopped responding entirely. This whole experience has been really unprofessional and frustrating. Poor communication, misleading information on the website, and lack of proper customer support are unacceptable. Update: The management team handled this case very well. The manager named AMBO gave three of us complimentary items, and the Customer service staff apologised to us. I’m glad the management team has taken this problem seriously. Thank you. I might visit that place more often since they are actually hearing complaints and being responsible for it. Also, amience is amazing and everything is clean.

took my first yoga class in here and the studio was absolutely amazing! the equipments are comprehensive, the studio is also clean! very homey place 🩷

Maybe one of the best wellnes and culinary combo place that I ever attend. Great ambiance, great people, great facility. And the class experience is awesome!! The food and coffee as well. If I were living on this area, I Will definitely make this place a part of my daily routine. Before work or after working. Awesome!!!

Took several gym classes and I love it. The coaches were friendly and helpful, with clear instructions. The place is very aesthetic. Even though the gym is outdoor, it’s still breezy. Not to mention Pola Raga also has one of the most aesthetic bathrooms compared to other studios. Will definitely try the yoga and pilates classes sometimes soon.
